Are you sure this is 100% manual article submission and not
automatic or using a software?
Yes, absolutely. This is a 100% manual article submission
service. We have several inhouse staff who login everyday to
the article directories we submit to and submit all
articles. We don't believe in automatic submissions and use
manual article submissions to promote ourselves as well.
How
do we send you the articles for submission?
After you have signed up and we have verified your payment,
we shall be sending you a private email address where you
can send the articles for submission. This usually takes 1
or 2 working days. Once you have received the private email
address, please don't share it with anyone as already we
receive lots of spam and more spam we receive the more time
it will take for us to complete the full article submission
service.
What
information do we send with the articles?
Basically you need to send us the following:-
1) Your Client ID
2) The title of your article
- Preferably up to 150 characters only.
3) The article body (main article)
- Minimum 500 words. Articles below 500 words will get
deleted from 75% of the article directories. Also don't put
any links on the main article body. Again 75% of the article
directories don't allow links in the body.
4) About the author - 2 or 3 lines on the author of the article with link to
your website. Make sure you have your website URL/link along
with the text on about the author. This is the main reason
you are using this manual article submission service :-)
5) Article Summary - A
lot of article directories want a maximum of 100 word
summary on what the article is about.
6) Category of your article
- Please let us know which category your article suits best
in. This will help our manual article submitters to choose
the right category in each article directory and submit
accordingly. Even if that category doesn't exist in any
directory, we shall submit it to the best and most
appropriate category.
7) Keywords - preferably
4 to 5 separated by commas.
What is the best format for an article for higher
acceptance?
For the best acceptance ratio by the article directories and
publishers, our suggestion would be the following:-
1) Write an informative article. Imagine you being the
reader and how it will help you. Avoid putting your company
name and URL everywhere making it just an marketing article.
This annoys most editors and they will reject the article
almost immediately.
2) Avoid putting links/URLs in the main article body. Put
your link/URL in the about the author box. Most article
directories have strict policies on having no links in the
main article body.
3) When you write the text for about the author - remember
it should lend credibility to your article. It should give
the reader an impression that you are an expert in this area
and hence they should follow your link.
How
long does it take you to submit an article?
In most cases the manual article submission will be
completed in 5 working days. But if there are too much
volumes it could go up to 10 working days as well but never
beyond that. Being a 100% manual article submission service,
it does take time for the submissions but its absolutely
worth it.
Can we cancel
our membership anytime?
Yes ofcourse you can. Although we will be extremely sorry to
see you go and hope you would return to us soon, anytime you
wish to cancel your service you need to contact us with your
customer id and we will send you instructions on how to
cancel your subscription.
What if I have more than 3 articles to be submitted per
month?
If you have more than 3 articles to be submitted per month,
please contact us for a customized
quotation. Please mention the number of articles you want
submitted per month when contacting us.

Can I view the list of the 100 article directories you
submit to?
Yes, ofcourse you can. Please

to the top article directories which actually matter.
How do
we sign up?
Its simple. Simply go to the sign up
page. Click on the button of the package you want. E.g. -
Monthly, 6 Months, Yearly or with article writing. Once you
click, you will be taken to a secure sign up page of paypal.
If you already have a paypal account you can login and pay
via your current paypal balance or please click on pay via
credit card link below the login box where you can simply provide your sign up
information like name, email, address etc and click submit. Make
sure you give a proper email address since we shall be
contacting you with your client id and private email address
on that email after we verify your payment. During
sign up you can pay via credit
card, debit card or your existing paypal account balance.
I have only 1 article to submit per month, do I get a
discount?
Well honestly our price is already quite good even for one
article submission since this is 100% manual article
submission service. But you can still contact us and we are sure we can work something out :-)
What if we don't utilize 3 article submissions in a month,
can we carry forward them to the next month?
No sorry you can't do that. You have to utilize your quota
of articles - default 3 - within the same month.
Do
we need to submit all three articles at once?
No you don't. You can submit the articles one at a time
anytime. Just you need to make sure you are submitting all
three within one month of each other.
Do you guarantee sales and inclusion in all directories?
No sorry we don't. We just submit the articles for you.
Acceptance by the article directories, publishers, editors
etc will depend upon nature of your article, category,
grammar, whether its informative or just a marketing article
etc.
